Shipping
We offers Domestic (UAE)And GCC shipping at the moment. Domestic (UAE) orders are processed through our local partner TCS. We charge a fixed Shipping fee. Depending on the shipping address, the delivery time may very as well. Working days in the UAE are from Monday to Friday and weekends are on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after Friday 3PM (GST) will be processed the following Monday.
Domestic (UAE) Delivery: 1 – 3 working days.
Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email containing all details of your order. Once your order is prepared and ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number. By clicking “Track Package”, you will be directed to our delivery partners website where you can follow the live status of your order.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@emptee.ae mentioning your order number. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, then your order is already out for delivery.
You can process the return of the items in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please read our return and refund policy for more information.
Damages
We are not liable for any shoebox damages during transit.
All products and packaging are carefully inspected before they are being dispatched. Damages are to be directly reported to the courier/shipping partner.
Return & Refunds
Socks are a hygienic product and are therefore not eligible for a return or refund.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely case the items have arrived damaged or incorrect items have been delivered, please contact us at info@emptee.ae We will be happy to send a replacement for free.
